What payment methods does the hotel accept?

The bill can be paid in cash (within the legal limits), by credit card, or debit card (pin required).
Please note that American Express is NOT ACCEPTED.
Can I stay in the hotel and on the beach after 10:00 am on the day of departure?

Yes, you can use all the hotel's facilities until 18:00. You can also use our luggage room and a shower cabin on the beach. The car park, however, must be left before 10:00 a.m. to allow entry to arriving guests. In the vicinity of the hotel, there are free municipal car parks and private pay car parks. It is advisable to arrange this the day before.
What time are check–in and check–out?

Check-in is from 2:00 pm.
Check-out is before 10:00 am.
Is breakfast included on the day of arrival?

No, as you will have the one on the day of departure included. However, it will be possible to add it at an extra cost of €10 per person.
If I arrive late in the evening, will I find someone at the hotel to welcome me?

Absolutely. Our reception is open 24 hours a day: from 7 am to 10.30 pm with a receptionist, and during the remaining hours with a night porter. If you plan to arrive after 10.30 pm, please let us know so that we can be ready to welcome you.
Can I arrive at the hotel before 2 p.m. and already have access to the beach?

Yes. Your room will be available from 2:00 pm, but you can still arrive earlier, leave your bags at the hotel and access the beach, pool, and Bistro facilities. For your convenience, we suggest you pack a separate bag of towels and beachwear.
Parking will be available from 11:00 am. When planning your trip, please note that if you arrive before 11:00 a.m., you will have to park your car temporarily in the free municipal car parks or the private pay car parks adjacent to the hotel. Please note that the availability of these car parks may be limited at certain times.
