How do I proceed if I want to confirm a booking? hoteliberty en faq 015
A credit card will be requested as a guarantee when confirming the booking. A pre-authorization of an amount equal to the cancellation fee may be made to verify its validity.

We do not have a price list as our prices are dynamic. They vary according to the period is chosen, the type of room, and remaining availability. These are room rates. With the reservation, you get free parking and a private beach (sunbeds and beach umbrella).
What are the cancellation terms? hoteliberty en faq 015
Depending on the period, the free cancellation period varies from 3 to 21 days before the arrival date. After this date, the cancellation will be subject to the payment of a penalty. You will find the exact amount and terms in each quote.

Arrival & Departure

What payment methods does the hotel accept? hoteliberty en faq 015
The bill can be paid in cash (within the legal limits), by credit card, or debit card (pin required).
Please note that American Express is NOT ACCEPTED.
Can I stay in the hotel and on the beach after 10:00 am on the day of departure? hoteliberty en faq 015
Yes, you can use all the hotel's facilities until 18:00. You can also use our luggage room and a shower cabin on the beach. The car park, however, must be left before 10:00 a.m. to allow entry to arriving guests. In the vicinity of the hotel, there are free municipal car parks and private pay car parks. It is advisable to arrange this the day before.

Check-in is from 2:00 pm.
Check-out is before 10:00 am.
Is breakfast included on the day of arrival? hoteliberty en faq 015
No, as you will have the one on the day of departure included. However, it will be possible to add it at an extra cost of €10 per person.
If I arrive late in the evening, will I find someone at the hotel to welcome me? hoteliberty en faq 015
Absolutely. Our reception is open 24 hours a day: from 7 am to 10.30 pm with a receptionist, and during the remaining hours with a night porter. If you plan to arrive after 10.30 pm, please let us know so that we can be ready to welcome you.
Can I arrive at the hotel before 2 p.m. and already have access to the beach? hoteliberty en faq 015
Yes. Your room will be available from 2:00 pm, but you can still arrive earlier, leave your bags at the hotel and access the beach, pool, and Bistro facilities. For your convenience, we suggest you pack a separate bag of towels and beachwear.
Parking will be available from 11:00 am. When planning your trip, please note that if you arrive before 11:00 a.m., you will have to park your car temporarily in the free municipal car parks or the private pay car parks adjacent to the hotel. Please note that the availability of these car parks may be limited at certain times.

Car Park

Is parking free of charge? hoteliberty en faq 015
Yes, it is free of charge. 
We have two car parks assigned according to the type of room.
PARKING N.1 at the hotel: reserved for the Superior, Deluxe, and Suite rooms.
PARKING N.2 300 meters from the hotel reserved for Comfort rooms.

Both car parks are private, uncovered, and fenced off and do not require a reservation as there is no fixed parking space, but it is always garanteed.

No, reservations are not necessary and no fixed place will be allocated. In high season you may have to park your car in the second row.
Is the car park inside the hotel? Is it covered? hoteliberty en faq 015
Depends on the type of room booked: in both cases free of charge.
● HOTEL CAR PARK: reserved for Superior, Deluxe, and Suite rooms.
● HOTEL CAR PARK 200 m from the Hotel: reserved for Comfort rooms, Small and Superio no Balcony.
Both car parks are uncovered, private and free.
When I arrive, can I park my car in the car park before 11:00 am? hoteliberty en faq 015
Parking is only available from 11:00 onwards, not before. If you wish to arrive before this time, you will have to park your car temporarily in the free municipal car parks or the private pay car parks adjacent to the hotel.
Please note that during weekends or high season, the availability of municipal car parks may be limited.
On the day of departure, can I leave my car in the car park after 10:00 am? hoteliberty en faq 015
No, this is not possible, not even for a fee. The hotel has to provide parking spaces for new arrivals. However, there are free municipal parking spaces and private parking spaces (5/10 € per day) in the immediate vicinity. It is advisable to organize your parking the day before.

An electric car park is available free of charge in the car park. You can recharge your car alternating with other guests with the same need.

Yes, both the hotel's own car park and the car park (300 metres from the hotel) are free of charge.

Beach

How far is the private beach from the hotel? hoteliberty en faq 015
The hotel is on the seafront with direct access to its beach. It is a large, quiet beach, set among the other lidos, but reserved for our guests.
Can I use the beach for free and what can I use? hoteliberty en faq 015
Yes, when you book your room you can use the beach for free. One beach umbrella per room and one sunbed per guest are guaranteed. Beach towels are not provided.
Can I book the front row? hoteliberty en faq 015
We do not take reservations. Every morning, you can choose your preferred position and, if you wish, change it after just one hour. The availability of beach umbrellas are more than the number of the guests.
Can I also use the beach on the day of departure? hoteliberty en faq 015
Yes, until 6:00 pm. A shower cabin will be at your disposal to refresh you before you set off.
Can I book the gazebo? What is the cost? hoteliberty en faq 015
The gazebos can be booked the afternoon of the day before or the morning of the same day directly with the beach attendant.  The cost is € 12 per day in low season and € 15 per day in high season. The service includes the use of 2 beach towels.
Can I host friends on the beach or in the pool during my stay? hoteliberty en faq 015
Our priority is to provide a quality stay for our guests, so we can only make a few exceptions. This is a paid service and can only be evaluated on the day with the beach attendant.

No, we do not provide beach towels.

Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner

Is it possible to have half board or full board? hoteliberty en faq 015
We do not offer these packages, but we have designed something different:
● Breakfast with unlimited access until 11:00 am.
● Bistrot from 1 pm to 4 pm for quick and tasty meals (à la carte service available as an extra).
● Bar open until 11:00 pm for cocktails and tasty aperitifs.

● For your dinner, there is an endless choice of restaurants (many of which are by the sea), piadinerie, and street food.
Is it true that I can come back for breakfast up to 10 times? hoteliberty en faq 015
Yes, you can come back as often as you wish, without limitations.
Is it possible to have breakfast for people with intolerances, vegetarians or vegans? hoteliberty en faq 015
Absolutely. All we ask is that you tell the hotel management when you make your reservation or check-in.
Is it true that I can have breakfast or lunch on the beach? hoteliberty en faq 015
Yes, you can choose between the restaurant room, the swimming pool, and the sea view gazebos.

No, we do not have any partner restaurants, but we have prepared a list of our favorite restaurants.

Room information and sea view

Do all rooms have a sea view? hoteliberty en faq 015
You can book by choosing between:

● without sea view (street side/interior courtyards)
(allocation is based on organizational requirements and hotel availability. Specific requests will incur a surcharge)

● with sea view (front or partial/side)
(allocation is based on organizational requirements and hotel availability. Specific requests require an additional fee)
Is it possible to request a specific view or room number? hoteliberty en faq 015
Yes, depending on availability it is possible to request a specific view or a specific room number, however, this will result in a daily room rate supplement of €10 to €20.
Do all rooms have a balcony? hoteliberty en faq 015
Yes, except one. The lack of a balcony is always indicated in the room characteristics.
Do all bathrooms have a bidet? hoteliberty en faq 015
Yes, but in the Comfort and Superior rooms, the bidet function is integrated into the wc.

Kids

Do you accommodate small children? hoteliberty en faq 015
Our hotel specializes in services for adults, but we welcome children from 4 years old. We do not provide children's entertainment.
Can I book a double room and have our son sleep in the bed with us? hoteliberty en faq 015
No. According to current regulations and for safety reasons we cannot accommodate more people than the maximum capacity of the room.

Hotel position

How far is the hotel from the center and the beach? hoteliberty en faq 015
The Hotel is located on the beach (Beach n°22), in the southern area of Riccione. Next to the Hotel, you can find a supermarket, tobacconist, newsagent, bazaar, pedestrian/cycle path, bus stop, and several bars and restaurants. The first pedestrian islands are 600 meters away and Viale Ceccarini (the center of Riccione) is only 2 km away.
How can I get to Viale Ceccarini? hoteliberty en faq 015
The walk is about 2 km, but if you do not feel like walking you can rent a bicycle, take the bus or go by car. In the private car park next to Viale Ceccarini it is easy to find a parking space even in high season and if there are several people it is sometimes a more convenient and economical choice than the bus.

We have formed a partnership with the company "AMATI NOLEGGI", through which you can book your bike.
Do you have a laundry service? hoteliberty en faq 015
Yes, an external laundry service is available from Monday to Friday. Alternatively, a self-service launderette is available just 400 meters away.

 We do not have any entertainment services.

Yes. We offer free Wi-Fi.

Pets

We are not a pet hotel and do not offer any services for pets. However, following our regulations, the hotel reserves the right to make exceptions. Request the pet rules from info@hoteliberty.com
Can I bring my pet to the beach? hoteliberty en faq 015
